Declarations of intention, 1911-1960.

Consists of declarations by aliens of intention to become citizens of the United States. The declarations generally include the name of the alien, age, race, occupation, place and date of birth, present residence, place and date of arrival in U.S., last foreign residence, name of vessel on which he or she emigrated, marital status, spouse's name, spouse's place of birth and present residence, and renunciation of allegiance to a foreign state or sovereign.
